Acceptable Use Policy
=====================

1) Purpose
----------

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) helps keep MDster safe and useful for the medical education community.

2) Prohibited activities
------------------------

You must not:

- Violate any law or regulation
- Harass, threaten, bully, or discriminate against others
- Upload or share content that is unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit
- Post spam, malware, or phishing content
- Attempt unauthorized access, probing, or security testing
- Use credential stuffing, brute force attacks, or automation to access accounts
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download content or user data
- Circumvent paywalls, access controls, or technical protections
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary prompts/models or system details
- Upload, store, or share **patient-identifiable information** or other sensitive health data
- Request or share “recall” or leaked live exam questions (see Academic Integrity Policy)

3) Fair use for AI SOE Examiner
-------------------------------

Voice-based AI SOE Examiner access is intended for normal individual exam preparation. To keep the service reliable and fair for all users, usage may be subject to monthly fair-use limits, technical safeguards, and abuse controls.

We may limit, pause, review, or restrict AI SOE Examiner access if usage appears automated, abusive, shared across multiple people, harmful to service reliability, or inconsistent with personal educational use.

Text-based SOE case scenarios included with subscribed Advanced pathways remain available according to the applicable subscription terms.

4) Enforcement
--------------

We may enforce this AUP by:

- Removing content
- Issuing warnings
- Suspending or terminating accounts
- Limiting access to features
