AI Transparency Notice

1) Summary
----------

MDster uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence (“AI”), to support educational functionality. This notice explains where AI is used and the limitations you should understand.

2) Where we use AI
------------------

AI may be used to:

- Assist in drafting, improving, or reviewing educational content
- Evaluate answers and generate feedback or scoring
- Generate personalized study recommendations based on performance data
- Support customer service through automated chat or triage tools

Some AI use may be visible (for example, feedback text), while other AI use may occur behind the scenes (for example, scoring).

3) Important limitations
------------------------

- AI outputs can be **incorrect, incomplete, or misleading**
- AI may not reflect the most current guidance
- AI is not a substitute for clinician judgment or professional supervision

MDster is for education only and not medical advice.

4) What you should not input
----------------------------

Do not submit:

- Patient-identifiable information or other sensitive health data
- Confidential or proprietary information you do not have the right to share

5) Third-party AI providers
---------------------------

We may use third-party AI providers (for example, OpenAI and/or Google Gemini) to process certain inputs and generate outputs. Your inputs may be transmitted to and processed by those providers for the purpose of delivering the AI-powered feature.

6) Reporting issues
-------------------

If you believe AI-generated output is incorrect or unsafe, please report it through our Corrections process.
