1) How to report a problem
--------------------------

If you believe content is incorrect, outdated, misleading, or unsafe, please submit a report through the Corrections page form (when available) or contact support at ****.

Please do not include patient-identifiable information.

2) What we review
-----------------

We review reports relating to:

- Factual inaccuracies
- Outdated guidelines or best practices
- Ambiguous or poorly worded questions
- Potential safety concerns
- Technical issues that affect content presentation

3) Triage and severity
----------------------

We may triage reports based on severity, for example:

- **Critical**: Potentially unsafe or materially incorrect content
- **High**: Significant inaccuracies that could mislead exam preparation
- **Normal**: Clarifications, formatting issues, minor errors

4) Target timelines (not guarantees)
------------------------------------

We aim to:

- Acknowledge reports within a reasonable time
- Prioritize critical reports for faster review

Timelines can vary depending on complexity, reviewer availability, and the need to consult sources. We do not guarantee a specific response or resolution time.

5) Corrections, updates, and retractions
----------------------------------------

If we determine that a correction is appropriate, we may:

- Update the question, explanation, or related content
- Clarify wording or adjust distractors
- Remove or retract content in rare cases (for example, if content is fundamentally flawed)

6) Transparency
---------------

We may keep internal audit records of reported issues and changes. We may also communicate material corrections through product updates or release notes where appropriate.
