1) Our goal
-----------

Our goal is to provide high-quality exam-preparation materials for medical trainees and professionals.

2) Source standards (without copying)
-------------------------------------

We aim to align content with authoritative sources such as:

- Clinical guidelines and consensus statements
- Primary literature and high-quality reviews
- Established medical textbooks and training curricula

We strive to create **original** educational materials. We do not intend to reproduce copyrighted textbook text, tables, or figures verbatim. When we reference sources, it is for accuracy and internal editorial tracking and does not imply endorsement.

3) AI assistance and human review
---------------------------------

We may use AI-assisted tools to:

- Draft or refine explanations
- Generate or transform learning materials (e.g., audio or summaries)
- Evaluate answers and generate feedback
- Suggest improvements or identify potential errors

AI can be wrong. We use a combination of automated checks and **human review**. Human review may include clinician oversight (including the founder and/or other reviewers).

4) Question-writing standards
-----------------------------

We aim for questions that are:

- Focused on a single, testable learning objective
- Clear, unambiguous, and appropriately difficult for the intended audience
- Supported by an explanation/rationale
- Designed with plausible distractors (for MCQs)

5) Safety and high-risk content
-------------------------------

Some topics require heightened scrutiny (for example, medication dosing, pediatrics, pregnancy, anesthesia, critical care). We prioritize careful review and conservative phrasing.

6) Updates and versioning
-------------------------

Medical knowledge evolves. We may update questions and explanations to reflect improved clarity, new evidence, or corrections. When we make material changes to policy documents, we update the version and “Last updated” date.

7) Conflicts of interest
------------------------

We strive to be transparent and avoid undisclosed conflicts. If content is sponsored or includes paid promotion, we aim to clearly disclose it.

8) Reporting content issues
---------------------------

We welcome reports of inaccuracies, ambiguity, or outdated guidance. Please use our Corrections page to submit a report.
