Refund & Cancellation Policy

1) Overview
-----------

MDster provides immediate access to digital content and offers a free trial so you can evaluate the Service before purchasing.

2) Trials
---------

We may offer a free trial (duration and availability may vary). Trial terms may also be configurable.

3) Cancellation
---------------

You can cancel your subscription at any time using the Stripe billing portal available in your account. If you cancel, you will typically retain access until the end of your current paid period.

4) Refunds
----------

Unless required by applicable law, **we do not offer refunds** after payment is made (including for partial periods), because access to the digital Service is provided immediately and a trial is available prior to purchase.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

5) Chargebacks
--------------

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend access while the dispute is pending and we investigate. If a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or abusive, we may terminate the account.
