This page is for users of the MDster app by MDster Medical Education. Submit the form below to request deletion of your account.

How to request deletion

  1. Submit the account deletion form on this page.
  2. We verify ownership of the account by email if needed.
  3. We process the deletion request and confirm completion by email.

Data handling and timelines

Deleted (target: within 30 days)

  • Account profile details
  • Study progress, bookmarks, and personal notes
  • Question history and performance analytics tied to your account

Retained (when required)

  • Billing and transaction records for up to 7 years for legal/tax compliance
  • Deletion request log (email and request metadata) for up to 24 months

We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days.
